Koh Thai is a upscale Thai restaurant located at Mid-Level, Hong Kong. They have a rooftop dining area that the garden needed to be remodeled, and we are happy to help.
There are two parts in this project. First we need to do a site cleaning, then the second part is the actual planting.
For the site cleaning, we first remove the old plants from the location; the existing bamboo palms are dying from disease.
Site Cleaning
The next step is cleaning up the herb garden and filling up with topsoil.
Site Planting
After the site cleaning, it is time to put in the new plants. We plan to do the followings:
- planting plants to improve the surrounding along the wall
- Putting some seasonal flowers along the glass panel railing
- Planting some herbs in the herb garden
- Make use of the existing basket planter with plants and make it more tropical like.
Bamboo wall
We plant green bamboo against the black wall to give the wall some color, making it more lively.
